The Biden administration has begun. Once was, presidents were given a grace period to enact what was seen as a mandate from a recent election.
Indeed, the term “first 100 days” of a presidency was coined on the 100th day of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s first term in 1933. On the 100th day, Roosevelt went on the radio and said, “We all wanted the opportunity of a little quiet thought to examine and assimilate in a mental picture the crowding events of the hundred days which had been devoted to the starting of the wheels of the New Deal.”
Since then, the first 100 days of a presidential term has been used to measure the early success of a president during this golden period.
The thing is, in his first 100 days and beyond, President Joe Biden (D) does not have a mandate to take away our Second Amendment rights.
Biden did not talk much about gun control during his campaign for the presidency. His campaign website did outline a long list of onerous restrictions on our rights, but the mainstream media almost never asked him about this, and it didn’t come up in either presidential debate. Biden, and his many media supporters, clearly did not want to make the Second Amendment into a big campaign issue.

The major gun-control groups even opted to spend a lot of their campaign funds on issues other than gun control.
While on stage in a presidential primary debate, Biden did call gun manufacturers “the enemy.” In tweets and more, Biden and his team have repeatedly said they want to “defeat the NRA,” which, of course, means he wants to politically trounce you and every other American who cherishes their freedom, as the NRA is a civil-liberties association that defends every American’s Second Amendment rights.
Still, clearly a part of Biden’s campaign strategy was to avoid this issue—as Americans, in election after election, have opted not to vote away their rights.
As we brace for impending battles for our freedom, it’s worth remembering what gun-control proponents fear most about Americans who cherish their God-given, and Second Amendment-protected, right to keep and bear arms.
First, they fear the Second Amendment because it is a cornerstone of liberty. It is practical and unmoving. In contrast, the Left prefers and advocates for judges and legislators who will, when they can, treat the U.S. Constitution as a “living document” they can reinterpret to dead letters if they so desire. They want the ability to put a gravestone over your rights, but can’t because the NRA—most importantly all of you members—are standing in their way.
The gun-control crowd can’t stand that our right to keep and bear arms has been a fundamental part of American DNA since before 1776. They’ve tried many times to rewrite the history books, aiming to erase the truth that this right was always cherished and put to daily use by the American populace. They’ve done this because if they can revise history, then they can shape the future behind the false claim that this right isn’t an individual right at all.
Those who seek to take away our freedom also don’t like that the Second Amendment of the U.S. Bill of Rights protects a universal human right to self-preservation. The fact that it empowers women, minorities, senior citizens and everyone else is appalling to the Left, as this individual freedom emboldens and fosters a free people, no matter what their individual characteristics might be. Gun-control advocates want control, but are often stopped because the Second Amendment fundamentally undermines their attempt to turn people into submissive subjects of a controlling state.
Word of the day: Prepare! And do it the old fashion way, as our forefathers did it, and succeed long before us because what lies ahead of us will require all the help we can get. Watch this video and learn the 3 skills that ensured our ancestors’ survival in hard times of famine and war.

They also fear that more gun owners will stand together. This is a big reason why they so often attack the NRA. They fear the massive voting block our membership represents. They fear that the NRA has continued to grow. With over 7.5 million new gun owners in 2020 alone, according to figures gathered by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, gun-control advocates are now very afraid.
This is why even Michael Bloomberg didn’t put a lot of emphasis on gun-control before last November’s election. They didn’t want to rile America’s 100-million-plus gun owners, because they know that an overwhelming majority of American citizens want their freedom left alone.
Let new and potential gun owners hear your enthusiasm, your love of freedom, as you tell them about this right and how you practice it.
Anti-freedom advocates also fear the simple, but very profound, truth that gun ownership leads to a safer nation, as individuals can protect themselves from predators on our streets and in their homes until help can arrive. This autonomy is directly opposite to how gun-control groups would like to reshape America.
And make no mistake, politicians like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris aren’t kidding when they say they want to fundamentally reshape America. They want to create a subservient citizenry that begs for government handouts and carveouts, that has to cower to thieves, rapists and murderers while they wait for the police to get there. They don’t care about you; they care about control.
It is important, right now, to keep this in mind because we do have the power to protect our freedom if we stand boldly together with our shoulders back, our eyes wide open and with a kind, strong and stubborn insistence in our voices and hearts that our civil rights, including our all-important Second Amendment rights, will not be taken from us.
In essence, they are afraid of us because we are free. Never forget that and don’t let it go. They are afraid; we are not. We might get frustrated, even angry when a court or legislature imperils our freedom, but that is not fear—rather, it is our American spirit rising up to the challenge.

With this strength, let new and potential gun owners hear your enthusiasm, your love of freedom, as you tell them about this right and how you practice it. Offer to take others to the range. Let them experience how empowering it is to use this freedom. And then talk to them about joining the greatest organization ever seen for protecting this bedrock of human freedom, the National Rifle Association.
Ending this article, I highly recommend this book to everyone. 300 pages, color, paperback. The Lost Book of Remedies is helping Americans achieve medical self-sufficiency even in the darkest times using the time-tested methods of our grandparents without spending lots of money on toxic drugs and without side effects. A great asset when doctors and hospitals won’t be available any more given the current situation. “they” wish to destroy Christianity because with no “Loving God” of Slaves, Poor, and Downtrodden, there are no GOD given RIGHTS. That removes the basis of the entire Constitution. That is why Bolsheviks rabidly attack God.
We are the only country in the world that has a Second Amendment, which is included in the BILL(list) of RIGHTS ……………………. of the PEOPLE
Find one government in all of history that banned it’s own ARMED FORCES from “Keeping and Bearing” ARMS.
Find one government in the history of humanity that felt a need to document a “RIGHT” for it’s ARMED FORCES to possess ARMS.
Oppressive Governments ALWAYS ban the People’S RIGHT to arms.
The claim that the Founding Fathers wrote the 2nd Amendment to give Our ARMED FORCES a “right” to keep and carry ARMS is S-T-U-P-I-D.
The only reason for the Second Amendment is to clearly spell-out the GOD GIVEN RIGHT of INDIVIDUALS to keep & bear ARMS.
The only reason for the BILL(list) of RIGHTS was to codify INDIVIDUALS’ GOD GIVEN RIGHTS.
Has there ever been a government that was not chock full of it’s “rights” up to and including declaring itself to be the Lord God Almighty?! (Rome, Egypt, Israel, etc)
Does the 1st Amendment mean the GOVERNMENT is allowed to give speeches? Try shutting up any Politician. But THEY would LOVE to shut YOU up, hence the FIRST Amendment.
Anyone who tells you the 2nd Amendment applies to the Army or State Militia, is telling you they think you are STUPID.
There has NEVER been a government that felt it had to codify it’s army’s/soldier’s “RIGHT” to “Keep and BEAR ARMS” because there has NEVER been a government that refused to allow It’s own soldiers to KEEP and BEAR ARMS!
The Second Amendment was written for the People, like the other 9 Amendments in the Bill of Rights. This was confirmed by the SCOTUS in the DC vs Heller decision, where they stated that the “People” in the Second Amendment were the same “People” that are mentioned in the First and Fourth Amendment.
The 2nd Amendment clearly codifies the “right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms”, and certainly not “the Militia”.
Why would “the Militia”, a type of army manned by citizen-soldiers as opposed to full-time “regulars”, need a constitutional amendment to guarantee they have the right “to keep and bear arms”?
Is there any specific statement anywhere in the Constitution that the army Congress is empowered to raise has the “right to keep and bear arms”? Of course not. …………. That is assumed.
the 2nd amendment,, specifies that the RIGHT to bear arms is the right of the people,, NOT the militia,,,, it is the people who will make up the militia,, but the right is not the right of a “well regulated militia” it is the right of the people, We the people were BORN WITH UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, meaning they come from GOD.
… the Bolshevik-Left insists there is NO GOD so they can deny all your GOD given RIGHTS.
There is a huge problem in the 2nd amendment community. They nothing at all about the first 13 words of the 2nd and the clauses in the Constitution.
“With obvious purpose to assure the continuation and render possible the continuation of such forces, the declaration and guarantee of the second were made.” Such forces as the court explained was the Militia.
I’m not sure why this is so difficult to understand. Militia was never voluntary, it was always mandatory service for able-bodied men, depending on the colony it could have been 16 – 60. The Militia Act of 1795 made it uniform to 18 – 45.
The Constitution recognizes only 1 power with the authority “to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions”. That authority is the militia as it is defined in law, not what people think it might be. It can’t be the National Guard, and it can’t be any of the myriad of so-called law enforcement agencies that the Constitution prohibits.
The “individual rights theory” is a false doctrine designed to usurp the power of the people to control government, and protect all our rights. What does the “individual rights theory” guarantee? It guarantees nothing that the government has an aim to take from the people.
On the other hand, in order to disarm the people and militia, there would have to be numerous constitutional amendments to remove all the tenets that require an armed citizenry. Or, and this is and proved to be the easiest method, was to lie to the people, re-educate them on facts of law, and rely on the willingness of vast majority to be ambivalent and ignorant.
How do you enforce your rights if you refuse to exercise your duty “to execute the Laws of the Union…” as the Constitution requires?
First, if they removed the 2nd tomorrow, it would mean nothing. The original Constitution provides 3 provisions that require a duty to Keep and Bear Arms, and thereby protects, not only that right, but all our rights.
The issue is that the NRA has promoted a false paradigm related to the 2nd, and they played on the fact that historically, the vast majority will do nothing at all to protect their liberty. So, they presented an argument suitable to the ambivalent and ignorant.
The “individual rights theory” requires nothing at all but to moan and complain when your rights are being infringed, or if an emergency should arise.
Despite the fact that decades ago the S.Ct. ruled as to the actual purpose for the 2nd, both sides ignore, disregard, and disparage. The decision, because it would thwart all gun control, also requires that all able-bodied men MUST be organized, armed, and disciplined. Few, are willing to give up their personal time to train, and most have no clue as to how to lawfully protect their liberty.
The commentators, and those at the ratifying convention told us the exact meaning of the 2nd. Not one of them had a name like LaPierre, Gura, or a host of other “Trojan Horse” lawyers that continually create bad case law.
