The left is laughing at us. While railing against Donald Trump for saying the election will be rigged, they are rigging the election. The media won’t tell people what is going on and they allow this to go on while hiding in plain sight.
George Soros, among other leftists, is funding a “super lawyer” to overturn voting laws in 15 states, swing states. The reason, they say, is voter ID laws are prejudicial to minorities. We hear a lot about the ID and nothing about the fact that it also allows people to vote out of district, register on the day of the election, permit absentee voting for 35 days instead of 29 in some cases, and it permits 16 and 17-year olds to register to vote, among other abusive practices.
It destroys the meaning of Election Day and allows massive fraud. It has nothing to do with blacks voting – they have been voting in larger numbers proportionately than whites.
It’s intended to let illegal aliens to vote.
Judicial Watch just filed a friend of the court brief in one case for the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF) in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit arguing that the appeals court should reverse the decision of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio that struck down an Ohio law shortening the state’s absentee voting period from 35 to 29 days.
The claim by the left is it harms African-Americans and depresses their vote. This is ridiculous.
A June 2016 report from the General Accounting Office (GAO) found that early voting actually has a “depressant effect”:
We reviewed 20 studies from 12 publications, and these studies had varied findings. Seven studies found no statistically significant effect, another 8 studies found that the policy decreased turnout, and 5 studies reported mixed evidence. Reported effects from these studies ranged from a 3.8 percentage point decrease in turnout to a 3.1 percentage point increase.
“Early voting is a bad public policy that increases costs, increases the likelihood of fraud, and confuses voters – leading to depressed voter turnout,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Litton. “It is absurd and dishonest to suggest racism being behind the sensible reform of cutting early voting down from a ridiculous 35 days before Election Day.”
That is only one case as the leftists drive election fraud throughout the country. Particularly offensive is an election rule that would allow non-citizens to vote in what is a particularly obvious effort to steal the vote.
The Obama administration is fighting in federal court to strike down an election rule that ensures only citizens vote. If the adminstration prevails it could allow non-citizens to vote in the upcoming presidential election. The Justice Department led by Attorney General Loretta Lynch is now backing the NAACP and the League of Women Voters.

Allowing the millions of illegals to vote will make it impossible for Republicans to win.
Several left-wing organizations are fighting against efforts by states to make sure non-citizens can’t vote in the upcoming presidential elections.
The leftist groups challenged this ruling in federal court, and the Obama-Loretta Lynch Justice Department has decided to not oppose the lawsuit. in favor of states.
Some states now require satisfactory proof of citizenship to ensure that only citizens register to vote. When Arizona sought to do so, the usual suspects — the League of Women Voters, People for the American Way, Common Cause, Project Vote, and Chicanos por La Causa — brought a lawsuit claiming that the EAC hadn’t approved such requirements.
The EAC rejected Arizona’s request but under new leadership later reversed that decision.

In a pleading filed in February, the Justice Department “consents to plaintiffs’ request for entry of a preliminary injunction” against the EAC. They are trying to make sure that the left-wing plaintiffs win by default.
In June, the anti-American leftists got their win in the case, Kobach et al vs Election Assistance Commission.
“Arizona citizens can continue to participate in voter registration drives without worrying about not having proof of citizenship documents,” Shirley Sandelands of the League of Women Voters of Arizona said in a statement.
It shifts power that has been the exclusive domain of the states to the federal government which is what the leftists want. Under the federal form, would-be voters need only swear under penalty of perjury that they are citizens. State forms in Arizona and Kansas require proof of citizenship upon registration.
The leftists at snopes tried to debunk statements by Lou Dobbs that it allows non-citizens to vote by saying the lawsuit isn’t aimed at allowing non-citizens to vote but rather the complainants didn’t want African-Americans to lose access. That is absurdly transparent and deceptive. Snopes counts on people being stupid.
